Divadelní fakulta Janáčkovy akademie múzických umění pořádá 34. ročník Mezinárodního festivalu divadelních škol SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER, který se uskuteční v termínu 16/04/2024 – 20/04/2024.
The 34th edition of The International Festival of Theatre Schools SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER, organized by the Janáček Academy of Performing Arts, is on the way. Save these dates: from the 16th of April to the 20th of April 2024.
With the arrival of the new year, it suddenly seems that the International Festival of Theatre Schools SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER is getting dangerously close. (And it really is.) Three months will pass like water and the Theatre Faculty JAMU will start to fill up with foreign students, guests from different parts of Europe and, last but not least, students of JAMU. Of course, the theatres will not remain empty either. Every year the festival offers a varied program: theatre performances, parties, workshops, and discussions with the creators of individual productions or V4 discussion (the topic is the cultural and political situation in the countries of the Visegrad Group). We firmly believe that for all the participants whom we welcome to Brno, it will be a wonderful five days.
S příchodem nového roku se najednou zdá, že se Mezinárodní festival divadelních škol SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER nebezpečně blíží. (A ono tomu tak opravdu je.) Tři měsíce utečou jako voda a Divadelní fakulta JAMU se začne plnit zahraničními studenty, hosty z různých koutů Evropy a v neposlední řadě našimi „jamáky”. Ovšemže ani divadla nezůstanou prázdná. Festival každoročně nabízí pestrý program: divadelní představení, party, workshopy a diskuse s tvůrci jednotlivých inscenací, anebo diskusi V4 (tématem je kulturní a politická situace v členských zemích Visegradské čtyřky). Pevně věříme, že pro všechny účastníky, které v Brně uvítáme, to bude krásně prožitých pět dní.
Newly-arrived winter has covered the streets of Brno with snow, and preparations for Christmas are in full swing. We here at JAMU were not going to be left out. That's why on 5th December, 2023 the Christmas party "ENC: BLIZZARD COMING" took place as part of the Off-Programme of the International Festival of Theatre Schools SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER.
Přicházející zima pokryla brněnské ulice sněhem a přípravy na Vánoce běží v plném proudu. Také nás na JAMU tato atmosféra neminula. Proto se 5. prosince 2023 konal Vánoční večírek „ENC: BLIZZARD COMING“ v rámci Off-programu Mezinárodního festivalu divadelních škol SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER.
