prof. Mgr. Petr Oslzlý is a dramaturg, scriptwriter, actor and for many years the artistic director of the Husa na provázku Theatre. He was the director of the Centre for Experimental Theatre Author and co-author of almost fifty theatre scripts, ten books and a large number of essays on theatre and art. He was a co-initiator of the Velvet Revolution in November 1989, and an advisor to President Václav Havel in 1990-1992. Last but not least, he was the director of the SETKÁNÍ-ENCOUNTER festival from 1995-2018, the rector of JAMU from 2018-2022 and since 2007 the head of one of the three studios of dramaturgy and directing at JAMU.

Komentáře o SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER

prof. Mgr. Petr Oslzlý je dramaturg, scenárista, herec a řadu let byl i umělecký šéf Divadla Husa na provázku. Byl ředitelem Centra experimentálního divadla, autor a spoluautor téměř padesáti divadelních scénářů, deseti knih a velkého počtu statí o divadle a umění. V listopadu 1989 byl spoluiniciátorem sametové revoluce, 1990–1992 poradcem prezidenta Václava Havla. A v neposlední řadě v letech 1995-2018 ředitelem festivalu SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER, 2018-2022 rektorem JAMU a od roku 2007 vedoucím jednoho ze tří ateliéru dramaturgie a režie na JAMU.

Scénické umenie v ,,zelenších“ farbách

Udržateľnosť ako proces, udržateľnosť ako ľudská výzva. V súlade s prírodou a dostupnými zdrojmi premýšľať o divadelnej inscenácií v intenciách, v ktorých neprídeme o všetky naše vízie, ako kvalitne a efektívne odprezentovať celok, ale aj ako menej odobrať z prírodných zdrojov. Nie všetko je trvalé. Skôr trvanlivé, a to rozhodne netreba vnímať v negatívnom zmysle. Avšak na takýto prístup, ktorý nie je iba fantazmagorickým preludom, je nutné odobrať ego a uprednostniť eko. Eko cestu pre zotrvačnejší umelecký proces.

Weather Forecast: 5 Days in the Theatre Shelter

The reappearance of spring has brought with it the thirty-fourth edition of the international theatre festival SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER, which this year will feature theatre companies from universities in Poland, Ukraine, Switzerland, Austria, Serbia, Latvia, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. The forecast for this week is clear: over the course of five days, we can expect educational and cultural overflows in the form of workshops, discussions, but especially theatre productions.

Predpoveď počasia: 5 dní v divadelnom kryte

Opätovný príchod jari privial so sebou aj tridsiaty štvrtý ročník medzinárodného divadelného festivalu SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER, na ktorom sa tento rok odprezentujú divadelné súbory vysokých škôl z Poľska, Ukrajiny, Švajčiarska, Rakúska, Srbska, Lotyšska, Slovenska a Česka. Predpoveď na tento týždeň je jasná: v priebehu piatich dní môžeme očakávať edukačno-kultúrne prehánky vo forme workshopov, diskusií, ale najmä divadelných inscenácií.

Two Women, Different Worlds, and Playful Emotions

For this year's SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER, DAMU brought an autobiographical collage by two women, Kristina and Jovita, entitled “Anytime, Anywhere.” Through audio-visual, textual, and movement elements, the heroines, whom fate introduced to each other in Prague, convey their feelings, losses, and understanding, interwoven with playful humour.

Dvě ženy, různé světy a hravé emoce

DAMU na letošní ročník SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER přivezla autobiografickou koláž dvou žen, Kristiny a Jovity, s názvem anytime, anywhere. Hrdinky, které osud seznámil v Praze, předávají skrze audiovizuální, textové a pohybové prvky své pocity, ztráty a pochopení protkané hravým humorem.

How do you imagine the curve that would represent your life? This ideal biography allows for minor missteps and existential difficulties, but have you thought about the loss of a loved one? To what extent would this major event affect your idea of a more or less easy-going life? The autobiographical production "Anytime, Anywhere" by students from the Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague might help you in your search for answers.
